S. Dot is Co Founder and Co Ceo of Conscious Productionz. The Miami native has helped Nolan mold himself into the artist that he is and helped mold Conscious Productionz into an official brand. Sandra fell in love with hip hop in 1993 She grew up listening heavily to 2pac. "His lyrics and music was poetic, it made people see the world from his point of view, which was a reality that many didn't want to acknowledge." However, she loves all types of music. "Music has been there in my worst moments and helped me thru things." When she first met Nolan she saw a talented emcee who had a true passion for his music. But she also felt like he was wasting his time and talent doing music with the artists he was working with at the time. She watched him spend countless hours teaching himself how to produce his own music. That drive she saw in him motivated and inspired her to push him to start his own label because none of the other artists were putting in work to become successful. As Nolan's beats got better so did his lyrics she started to "see him as a poet because his music was good and wanted to inspire people to see what really goin on in the world. As the partnership formed so did the music. With S Dot by Nolan's side, Nolan's music changed for the better. She began Co writing songs with him to make them more appealing to the average consumer. She began learning production from Nolan and Co producing some of his greatest beats. Most notably, S Dot co produced and co wrote Nolan's Green Eyes (production and lyrics), The Metra, Betta Days, One and Only, Can I Kick It?, Big Brother, Gimme Ya Love, Every Single Day, and a host of others that have yet to be released. S Dot has steered this company in the right direction since its conception and has been right on every judgement call she makes. Every artist that has not worked out with this label she has said from the beginning they would not work out "we need to get rid of them," every song she deems a hit has been a favorite among listeners, every beat she has told Nolan to sell has gone on to be a hit for the artist it was sold to. In other words S Dot has made countless contributions to this label and if it wasn't for her pushing Nolan to expand his faith and achieve his dreams, there would be NO Conscious Productionz. S Dot truly appreciates good lyrics and good production but she only respects your hustle, your grind, your passion and your dedication when it comes to this music.
"I couldn't do this without S Dot. She has supported me and helped me put this label where it should be. I owe her a huge part of my success as an artist. Thank You." -Nolan-
